Every context matters
Lewinsky Consulting & Coaching was established in 2014 and works out of the Netherlands. I offer a range of integrated advisory services within the areas of governance, strategy, quality assurance and change management for the non-profit sector.

From experience I have learnt that every situation is different. External consulting support therefore often requires a tailor-made approach in order to have a positive impact. Feel free to reach out for an informal chat about a situation or complex challenge within your organisation, which may require a fresh external perspective.
Organisational Governance
In order to stay strategic, relevant and accountable, organisations and their clients rely on transparent and effective governance structures. I support boards and organisations in meeting regulatory requirements and developing policy documentation. I also help boards which may have gotten stuck to identify new ways of engagement in order to stimulate dynamic interactions and move forward collectively. The latter includes managing boardroom dynamics proactively.


Strategic Development
Striking the right balance between long term vision and operational realities can be something of a challenge. It starts with getting clear on the common direction of travel, while making sure that you are able to demonstrate measurable progress along the way. I offer tailor-made strategy development processes, which will help you ask the right questions in order arrive at a set of essential strategic objectives. That includes that you as a leader make sure that ambition meets reality in a constructive and informed manner.
Quality Assurance & Compliance
In recent years quality assurance and organisational compliance has practically become a standard on its own within the non-profit sector. Your organisation is expected not only to meet, but also to consistently demonstrate measures in place to ensure quality assurance and compliance internally and externally. I can help you strike the right balance between what is required and how to make this practically possible. I also assist voluntary standard setting organisations in ensuring that clients and conformity assessment bodies remain adequately informed about applicable quality assurance demands for independence and impartiality.


Change Management
Change management concerns setting direction, getting people on board, creating opportunity for everybody to contribute and become part of the process. It is about breaking down complexity into digestible, incremental steps to concretise what it means for everyday operations and the people working there. It is by no means always easy going. I can offer you effective ways to make change within your organisation tangible, without ducking the harder questions of uncertainty, risk and potential resistance: The way forward is sometimes closer than you think.
