Virtual Strategy Review

A Swiss-based global humanitarian faith-based organisation requested a Mid-Term Review of its global strategy, encompassing programs, international structures and core support and quality assurance systems. The assignment involved the design and execution of ten multi-lingual online regional workshops, with electronic surveys, qualitative interviews and document review. The outcome was a set of clear recommendations for adjustments of priorities for the remainder of the strategy period. Equally important, the consultancy managed to bring together team members in a highly interactive remote environment during the Covid pandemic, offering renewed commitment and hope for all staff.
